The primary mission of Adrian Van Vactor International Ministries is to utilize the art of illusion as a tool to bridge cultural and generational gaps and communicate the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the distinctive combination of apologetics and entertainment.

Through the public ministry of Adrian Van Vactor, AVVIM assists the body of Christ to reach the un-churched and strengthen the churched by capturing the attention of people where they live through the art of illusion. In international award-winning excellence, AVVIM is dedicated to Using Art to bridge the Gap between a NEVER changing message and an EVER changing world.

In partnership with local churches, AVVIM provides live, entertaining, and educational events in churches, universities, community centers, and other public arenas to exposes the clever deceptions and ideas of the world while presenting the validity of Christianity as the only reasonable option by which people should find true hope and meaning. Through imagination and creative performance in the Art of Illusion, AVVIM is committed to providing a vehicle for delivering an apologetic for the Christian faith while calling men and woman to a personal relationship with God through His Son Jesus Christ in memorable and mind-engaging messages that are relevant to our time.

Excellence in the ART of ILLUSION combined with integrity and experienced research that enters into arenas of every day culture to regain the minds and hearts of people so that their lives might be transformed by the grace and love of Jesus Christ. Why entertainment? Because we live in an entertainment-driven world. It is Adrian's desire to engage our culture where it is for the sake of the Gospel.

Adrian Van Vactor has worked tirelessly over the past 20 years to refine several events to be as entertaining and awe-inspiring as possible as well as informative and relevant. By uniquely combining culturally relevant apologetics through entertaining illustrations, AVVIM is reaching both the mind and the heart of our culture, an entertainment driven culture, to act as a bridge between the church and the un-churched with the credibility of the gospel of Jesus Christ.

 

Through live events, AVVIM equips Christians, enabling them to contend for their faith in their spheres of influence; and challenges skeptics to consider the claims of Christ so that both the heart and mind of people are in tune with the heart and mind of God. To this end Adrian has been called and the ministry established.

WHATWEBELIEVE

We believe there is one God who is infinitely perfect, existing eternally in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ to be true God and in His incarnation to have been true man, yet, without sin. He was born of the Virgin Mary, conceived by the Holy Spirit, died for our sins and was raised from the dead for our justification. He is now seated at the right hand of God in majesty, making intercession as our High Priest. He will come again to establish His kingdom of righteousness and peace.

We believe the Old and New Testaments to be the infallible word of God, inerrant as originally given, verbally inspired by God and the complete and sufficient revelation of His will for man's salvation and conduct.

We believe man was originally created in the image of God. Through disobedience and self-centeredness he incurred both physical and spiritual death. Thus, all are now born with a sinful nature, separated from God and can be saved only through the atoning work of Jesus Christ. All who are unrepentant and unbelieving will be lost in a Christ-less eternity of conscious torment; for those who believe eternity will be spent in God's presence, in His distinct joy and bliss.

We believe the church consists of all those who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and are united across racial, gender, and class differences. They join together for worship, prayer, fellowship, the proclamation of the Gospel and observance of the ordinances of Baptism and the Lord's Supper.

We believe in the second coming of our Lord Jesus Christ as both personal and visible. This is our blessed hope and serves as an incentive for holy living, faithful service, and devotion to fulfilling the Great Commission to proclaim the Gospel of our Lord to the uttermost parts of the earth.
